Effective September 19, 2026. KR Management merchandise is paid on Stripe. Refunds, when due, are returned to the original Stripe payment method.
Unless a product page says otherwise: unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise price, excluding shipping. Opened, engraved, or worn items are not returnable.
Made-to-order framed prints are refundable only for damage in transit reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Inquiry submissions are free. A Stripe payment for a confirmed request follows the written terms sent before you paid. If the desk cannot fulfill a confirmed date, the confirmed amount is refunded. A change of mind after a date is held is not automatically refundable.
